Does Prevoy need an account or a connection?
No. Everything is stored on your device. The only network request is the optional exchange-rate fetch you trigger yourself in Money and connectivity.

Are the entry and visa rules guaranteed?
No. Prevoy shows general guidance with a link to the official source and the month the data was reviewed. Rules change and depend on your nationality. Always confirm with the official source before you travel.

How do I move my trips to a new phone?
Settings → Backup → Export backup, save the file to iCloud Drive, then Import backup on the new device.

Does Prevoy store my passport number?
Never. It only keeps nationality and dates to check validity and entry rules.

Prevoy does not collect, store or transmit personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs.

Data on your device. Trips, checklists, your traveler profile and optional medical card are stored only on your device, in the app's private container, and in backups you choose to make. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Network access. The app makes one kind of optional network request: when you tap "Fetch rate" in Money and connectivity, it asks api.frankfurter.app for a reference exchange rate. The request contains only two currency codes. No other data leaves your device.

Notifications. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification service is used.

Children. Prevoy is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
